Check-in time: 30 minutes prior to trip departure
It is important that you arrive at Glacier Base at your scheduled check in time.
Please bring with you:
- Warm, breathable clothing
- Sunglasses (these are essential - if you do not have any with you we have a selection available for purchase at our front desk)
- Sunblock
- Your camera or phone
- Enclosed shoes (Hiking shoes preferred however sneakers are also suitable)
Please leave the following items behind:
- Your valuables such as passport, wallet and car keys
- Bags and backpacks
- Any loose articles such as caps, hats, beanies and scarves
- Portable chargers and spare camera batteries
- Vapes, lighters or e-cigarettes
- Stick attachments including go-pro and selfie sticks
We do not need to provide you with any special gear for this experience.
This is a low intensity experience and suitable for most ages and fitness levels. We can take manuhiri from age 4 years and up, and there are no specific medical condition requirements.
